How much does delivery cost and how will it get to me?

 

All items are sent via Royal mail. I send everything second class recorded delivery. This means you get a tracking number with your delivery confirmation and can track its progress. It also means you will need to sign for your package. Delivery costs vary so please see individual products for more details. If you would like your item sent a different way, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

 

 

What exactly happens after ordering?

 

If your item is a ready made item from my shop, I will package it pretty, Ruby sometimes likes to add pretty stickers to the parcels! And then I drop it down to my local post office. Please allow 3-5 days for this to happen. With two young children, it doesn't always happen straight after you press buy, but I do endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible.

 

If you have purchased a custom slot, please allow 3 weeks for me to make and send your item. I don't like to rush making beautiful things but I always try to make and send your items well within this time. If I am particularly busy I will always endeavour to let you know if I am running behind shedual. If you need an item by a specific date, please let me know in advance to purchasing a custom slot.

 

 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

 

You will receive an email confirmation of your order, plus another when your item is sent. I also send a receipt with all orders. ( This is located on the front of each package)

 

 

Can I return my item?

 

On the rare occasion you are not happy with your purchase, (its not happened yet) i do except returns if there is a fault with your item and will refund the cost to you (except postage costs). You must post the item back to me within 14 days of purchase and it must be via royal mail recorded delivery. Once I have received the item, I will refund the cost. Uunfortunately deposits paid for commission pompoms are non-refundable.
